v3.9h:

-Yoshi egg spawn time after killed reduced from 6 to 5 seconds;

v3.9g:

-Yoshis can now pick a random hero (instant spawn and lvl 2);

-Shoot Eggs (Birdo) now only shoots 1 egg with reduced cooldown;

-Villains now start with 15 lumber;

-Ally attack is now disabled by default;

-Exp books will not fall to the ground when hero is at max level;

-Time for egg to spawn after yoshi death increased from 1 second to 6 seconds;

-Ice ball (Luigi) cooldown reduced from 60 to 40 seconds;

-New apple upgrade: extra hp;

-Yoshis can now pick up coins;

-Gold coins will spawn randomly through the map;

-Some gold mines and trees moved closer to the center;

-When jumping is not allowed, the jump skill will not enter on cooldown.

-BUG FIX: Villain revive time window showing less time than normal;

-BUG FIX: Items on the border of the map will be deleted on RMK;

v3.9e:

-Triforce (Link's ult) attributes increade by 15 on each level;

-Para goombas can now carry 15 gold and 20 lumber;

-Para goombas have now maximum movespeed;

-Para goombas now cost 80 gold and 100 lumber;

-Critical Attack (Sonic) damage bonus reduced from 100% to 40% and chance increased in 5%;

-Geno's ultimate with reduced cooldown;

-Confusion (Mewtwo) duration reduced to 5 seconds. Level will now improve cooldown;

-Teleport (Mewtwo) cat range increased from 600 to 1200;

-Yoshi's heal now restores 25 mana as well;

-Birdo has an extra skill: fake egg

-Eggman's Guided Missile replaced with "Spawn Turret"

-Bug fix: text when a yoshi picks up an apple always showing 4 apples;

-Bug fix: Roy's Cannon Burst skill would not aways be accurate to where the player clicked;

v3.9d:

-Some apple upgrades now require less apples

-Whenever a yoshi is saved, enemies around it will get stunned and damaged (except when saved by hero)

-Heroes now revive with full mana

-If a villain dies and there is only one yoshi alive, the yoshi will get 5000 gold and 3000 lumber, and the villain will take one minute longer to respawn

-Eggman's missile is now faster but harder to control

-Player camera will start at 3000 distance

-Bug fix: Piranha plant not auto attacking after using skill

v3.9c:

-R hotkey now selects a random villain

-Pre-built bases are now bigger

Ludwig:

 -BugFixed: Improve Working on Dry Bones

 -Improve: Effect reduced to half in fly units.

Eggman:

 -New Walk Animation

 Yoshi's Super Advanced Tower damage increased from 60 to 80 and hit points decreased from 700 to 600

 New Yoshi bouncing tower.

Cosmic Clone and Geno:

 -Star Fall: Interval changed to 0.5

 -Damage increased from 50 to 60

 -Now can be cast in range and you can move and attack during the skill

 -Geno now Revive Heros in ultimate when no yoshi's to save.

King Boo:

 -Hide: Re-added and can unhide before 5 seconds.

 -Darkness: Now Disable yoshi true sight for the duration 

Kamek:

 -Heal: Cooldown increased from 0 to 1.5.

New Villain Unit: 

 -MoneyBag: Can disguise into a apple or coin for bait.

Boo (Unit)  -Speed Increased by 17%

 -1 UP and Energy Mushroom icon changed

Sonic:

-Bowser's  Fire Stream duration reduced from 5s to 2s, with increased range to compensate

-Number of apples required to digest reduced from 6 to 4

-Apple bravery bonus from 1s to 2s

-Bravey bonus now shows in skill description

-Spell block with bravery now completely blocks the damage instead of reducing it to 1 

-Max apples spawned at once increased from 5 to 6

-Bug fix: You can no longer have 10 bravery bonuses

v3.8:

-Bottom right mine next to the Villains' garden slightly moved

-New Item - Delicious Apple:

Apples will spawn near the middle of the map. If a yoshi collects 6 apples it can choose a power up. If a villains catches an apple the apple will be destroyed and another one will spawn after 20 seconds.

-Bug Fix: thwomps no longer kill yoshis

-Fixed bug where items would not combine into a star.

-King Dedede's pipe skill will have a global sound cue to warn yoshis;

-Vortex (King Dedede) now only lasts 2 seconds, but it pulls units a lot faster;

-Hammer Bro will now be slightly bigger when using Hammer's Fury;

-Heroes will revive faster, but cost a little more to revive;

-New building for the Yoshis: 1-UP Tree;

-Peach's summon skill now makes 1 mushroom that lasts forever instead of 2 that last 15 seconds. 

v3.6:

-Area in which Yoshis can't build at the beginning was made bigger and visible

-When a Yoshi dies, the player will get back all  the money and lumber spent on towers and houses that were alive at the time of death

-If there are 6 yoshis or more, yoshis will need to run to pre-made bases to claim them, instead of building their own. Also they will have only 15 seconds to run and after this time all non-claimed bases will be destroyed

-Corrected a bug when the last alive Yoshi leaves

-Yoshi's Advanced House gold cost reduced from 2000 to 1000

-Yoshi's Super House max hp increased from 1000 to 2000

-Yoshi's Super Advanced Tower max hp increased from 300 to 700

v3.5g Reforged

 A lot of people have been complaining about crashes on War 3 reforged.
This is my attempt to fix them:

v3.5g:

-Cosmic clone crash fix;

-Fox's airship special fx fix;

-Cosmic clone "clone skill" replaced with an illusion skill (to prevent crashes)

-Corrected a bug where sometimes the last yoshi would quit and the game would continue

-Corrected a bug with Meta Knight's ult;

-Invulnerability removed from the possible outcomes of magical powder;

-Max armor from magical powder now increases the affected unit's maxlife by 100;

-Mushrooms can now be evolved. (a red mush can turn green and so forth)

v3.5f:

-Red, Green and Blue Mushrooms attack range reduced from 600 to 300;

-Crashes when picking villains is prevented by a new script;

-Game will eventually show players random tips;

-New chat command for controlling the camera distance: -cam

v3.5g for Reforged

v3.5g for War3 Classic
